Kristen Perry came to the real estate industry with years of finance and investment background. She started her career in sales and marketing, and after getting her MBA, took on executive leadership roles in operations. Kristen and her wife, Gayle, decided to start investing in short term rentals and this is what triggered the strong interest in being tied to real estate. Kristen loves the hunt of looking for unique properties and actively getting them transformed into masterpieces. She has a great imagination, a fierce sense of humor and the patience of a saint, exactly what it takes to maximize every opportunity.

Kristen was born and raised in Southern California and can't imagine ever leaving. When not checking out listings, she enjoys spending time with friends and family along the Colorado River, doing all things water or desert riding. Kristen and Gayle are rarely seen without their crazy yellow lab, Spencer.
